Alipost Obligations:

• To provide the described services professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
• To protect the confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• To communicate any significant changes to services or pricing.

3. Payment and Invoicing

Prices for courses and consulting services are displayed on the platform and may be changed with notice. Payment is due in advance, according to the issued invoice. Refunds are analyzed on a case-by-case basis and granted only under exceptional conditions, in accordance with our internal policy, available upon request.

4. Limitation of Liability

Alipost services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results from applying the consulting or educational materials. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the damage. We are not liable for business losses, revenue, or data resulting from the use of the services.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms. The user may cease using the services at any time by simply stopping access.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through an announcement on the platform. Continued use of the services after the modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
